Last week, a worldwide rally took place to raise awareness of the inhumane Russian drone terror against civilians in the Ukrainian city of Kherson. The term Human
Safari was made famous by US journalist Zarina Zabrisky and describes drone attacks on civilians, not for military purposes but solely to spread terror and fear. It refers to the deliberate
targeting of civilians as if they were being hunted, turning everyday life into a constant state of danger. This practice shows how drone technology is misused to instill fear rather than achieve
military objectives. Civilians, civilian infrastructure, and even animals are attacked by Russians operating at close range, including with very small drones.
